Bad week?
Next one gets lighter.
Most prep plans are made once and forgotten. Kadam rebuilds yours every week from what you actually did.
- 90% or more two more problems, harder ones, and one more design topic.
- 60–89% same load; the roadmap moves on.
- Under 60% about 30% lighter, and unfinished items come first.
- “Not a fit” tells us why: wrong city, too senior or not your stack. Future picks change.
Less than a canteen thali.
Ten seats in the first batch, so every plan gets a human check before it reaches you.

Pay with any UPI app: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm · no auto-debit · if your first week didn't help, we refund it
Kadam is in beta with 10 seats. For this first batch you pay us directly by UPI and we confirm each payment by hand. A regular checkout with instant confirmation comes after the pilot.
Where do the jobs come from?
From companies' own job boards (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and similar), checked every day. If a job disappears from the company's board, it disappears from yours, so you never apply to a dead link. We don't scrape LinkedIn or Naukri.
Is it really personal, or the same list for everyone?
Every job is scored against your skills, cities, pay floor and experience, and each one tells you why it was picked and what's missing. Your DSA starts at your level, and your week changes with what you finish.
Do I need LeetCode Premium or paid courses?
No. Every problem is free on LeetCode, and every system design topic links to free videos and docs. We checked each one.
I'm in 2nd or 3rd year. Is this for me?
Yes. Before final year, your weekly jobs become ready-made internship searches, your DSA starts with foundations, and system design is one concept a week.
How do I pay?
With any UPI app. You pay Kadam directly and tap “I've paid”: nothing to type. We find your payment in our account by hand, usually within a few hours, and your full week opens in the app as soon as we do. This is a 10-seat beta; a regular checkout comes after the pilot.
What if I miss a week?
Nothing breaks. The next week opens after seven days either way, gets lighter, and puts what you missed first.
What happens to my résumé?
We keep the text we need to plan your weeks and delete the file. You can delete your account and everything in it from settings.
